I have an idea to make those pearls easier to place consistently.
Get yourself a cheap plastic ruler from the paper-shop... the cheaper the better because you're going to ruin it!
Use it to measure the span of a set of pearls on a card where it's just the way you like it - it's pretty much your trade-mark, that bunch of three.
File a set of little Vees in the ruler with a nail-file to match the pearls.
To use it, put the ruler flat-side up on the card and just roll a pearl into each vee, they'll be perfectly in line every time without needing to fiddle.

Thats a good idea - thanks In an earlier life I optimised production lines Three's are meant to be easier on the eye or so I am told It's a very distinctive feature of your cards, it works well, and I think you're probably right... two wouldn't seem finished somehow, but four would be starting to look cluttered.

Do ya think thick card would do the job ?? It would, but not at well. The ruler would have one flat side and one bevelled - the advantage of that is but going flat side up there's nothing touching the card near the pearl so there's less risk of smudging the glue. You can work around this by using two layers of card and making a step between them so the bottom smaller piece holds the edge clear. _______ ------ If you make the notches in the top layer stop short of the edge of the bottom layer you should be ok - experiment on a bit of scrap

Latest DT (design team) card Did you get around to making a guide for the little pearls? If you didn't, you've made a bloody good job of them on this one

Nope I didnt but the pearls on this one are self-adhesive ones not liquid pearls lol Didnt dare risk ruining the card when putting them on so used shop bought ones but lined them up with a ruler edge

As you probably know... a bit too fussy for me.
BUT... I love the colouring. It all blends together just right.

There is one coming up in 5/6 weeks for a DT (design team) spot that you will like I think - very simple yet unusual Here is the little preview I shown on FB - shows LESS than a 1/3rd of it
