I don't think that I live in Vancouver, there again I have been known to have senior moments .....

So why did it think that I was a resident of Vancouver (lovely city that it is) instead of Pontypool  thinking

I would imagine that is the default position... you just scroll through to your part of the world and double click on the city of your choice.
