Tony needs an Ablation urgently now to kill of a rogue nerve in the heart, ...... then Susan thinks she's having heart problems with pains in her left arm & shoulder & some in the chest, spent 4 hours at hospital being monitored, then a CT scan, no results yet & still having problems  We must have killed a chinaman  |

The upside is that Ablation is very effective, and once Tony has had the procedure he'll feel a whole lot better in himself because his rhythm will be so much more stable.
As for Susan, once the test results are in at least they'll know what they're dealing with - and hopefully it's caught early enough for any treatment they decide upon to save her following Tony down that road.

Thanks  ,  He was supposed to have an ablation previously but his heart was too weak to risk anaesthetic, I think it is a bit better since his pacemaker/defibrillator was replaced hopefully. We have to wait 'til next Tuesday to find out results from local doctor for Susan, I think the hospital would contact us sooner if they found something urgent, but it doesn't stop Susan being anxious,  |

it's just the waiting with the Public Health system that's frustrating At least we both have a public health system - if you were American and couldn't get insurance you'd just be waiting to die unless a charity took you on. |

Tony's been back in hospital about a week now & having multiple arrythmias, they're waiting on a bed in Royal Melbourne Hospital for the ablation now. |

Thanks PC Kitty & , Yes he's better there than at home for sure, Susan has a test on thursday week, so she won't know 'til she sees her doctor after that, but she seems to be doing ok at present. |

Tony had his ablation today & all went well, he had at least six nerves causing problems, ... saw him this afternoon & he's glad it's over with, he should be home in a day or so. |
