I'd prefer a smaller car like Susan's Micra to our big Commodore that's manual with no power steering which is very hard to manouvre now with my bad arm  Roll Eyes

Tony tried to back it out this week & caught the bumper, he spent hours out in the cold trying to take it off to repair & has ended up back in hospital as the strain on his heart caused a fluid build up in the lungs & he could hardly breathe, he is much better & coming home tomorrow.

Maybe he will realise it is too big for us now,  Undecided

Kick his butt for me! I only had one trip to the hospital with those symptoms and it really scared me.

A smaller car sounds like a very good idea. Hopefully it would also cost less to run.

One thing I never realised before swapping cars was how flippin heavy the steering was on the Skoda but the Meriva is brill - perhaps smaller card with a few the added extra would help Tony take it easy while driving too x

Yes I kept telling him to let it be & come in out of the cold & rest up, he is stubborn & also wanted to get it fixed for me I guess,  Roll Eyes

Yes Susan's Micra does twice the distance on the same amount of petrol as ours.

Yes I find it so much lighter to manouvre & park, hopefully he'll see the light soon,  Wink
