An Error Has Occurred!
The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved."
or something  thinking

OK I have fixed it
everything should work normally now
The hosts has updated php & recompiled apache but used the wrong setting. I have recompiled it with the needed module & handler to allow the forums & wordpress installs to work & allow uploads
