Title: Kat
Post by: Kat on Oct 15, 19, 02:53 PM
Hi, I am kat's wife Jane. I am not sure if you are aware but Kat passed away on 3rd October. He was in hospital having had a very mild heart attack so we think maybe he had a massive one. There is going to be a post mortem so we will know more then.

My deepest condolences Jane, I've known the online Kat for many years, back to when he was on the trains. He always had his own distinctive viewpoint and sense of humour, we will miss him, as will I'm sure will you and many others.

RIP Kat

Oh dear, this is extremely bad news, and for me, very unexpected too, and apologise for being so late in replying, as I have only just noticed this.

I have known Kat since the days of 'Karls Forums' (I may be wrong), and we have always got along well, and he has supplied me with many 'goodies' over the years, and many interesting conversations in the two forums.

Jane, I offer you my most sincere condolences for your sad loss, which to me is also a loss to this forum, as well as me, as I considered him a friend.

RIP Kat.

I would love to attend to pay my respects to my friend (I think) Kat, but unfortunately funds do not allow this, which is just a fact of life.
I have enjoyed banter with him in the forum for many years, and to me, he is sadly missed.
