I will add this to my fitness regime, along with getting in and out of bed, pressing the energy sapping computer 'ON' button, getting on and off my chair, and walking down stairs to the kitchen to make a snack, with tea or coffee, and it's even more exhausting walking back up the stairs with two heavy mugs of tea/coffee, one for me and one for the wife....
Even typing is giving my arms and hands a bit of a work out too..
Now I need a rest...
