No... that's how the colour-blind theme was designed... barf, then use a colour-chart to match the best bits. ;)

(Some schemes trigger bad headaches but the optician found that I can tolerate pinky and reddy tones easier so THANKS)

Done sir, it is called Derek. I have taken the yellow theme and changed all the fonts to the same sizes as in Large fonts.
